Case #10-14V 17 West Washington Street Zone B-2D Christopher Pyle, appellant Appellant is requesting a variance from ACC 23.10, Table B, Off-Street Parking Requirements, to allow construction of four (4) apartments within the building with 16 total tenants with zero on-site parking spaces, with sixteen (16) leased parking spaces located two-hundred eighty feet (280') from the lot, where the requirement is for sixteen (16) parking spaces on-site, or within two-hundred fifty feet (250') of the lot and in the same ownership.
